How Littley handles personal information.

Who we are

Littley is operated by Dawid Rozenek. Littley helps parents and families save private memories in the Littley app and order personalized printed photo books.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when using Littley, including account details, contact details, child profile details, photos, written memories, voice recordings, transcriptions, book content, shipping details, and support messages.

We also collect technical information needed to run the service, such as device identifiers, app session identifiers, log data, approximate request information, and information about orders, checkout status, and fulfillment status.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Littley does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide the Littley app and keep family memories private,
• create previews and printable book files from your content,
• process payments, print orders, shipping, and support,
• send login links, account messages, and order updates,
• improve reliability, security, and product quality,
• prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Legal bases

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we process information based on the performance of a contract, your consent where required, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Littley, and legal obligations such as accounting and tax recordkeeping.

Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to run Littley. These may include hosting providers, database providers, image storage providers, authentication providers, email providers, Stripe for payments, print and shipping partners such as Cloudprinter, and AI or transcription providers when you use features that require them.

These providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. When required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards and provider commitments.

Photos, children, and family content

Littley is built for parents and guardians. The app may contain photos, names, dates, places, and stories about children. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use the content you add to Littley.

Littley is not intended for children to create accounts or place orders directly.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Littley, maintain your account and memories, fulfill orders, resolve support requests, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account or specific information, subject to records we must keep for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use Littley only with content you are comfortable storing in a private cloud service.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Littley changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
