About Littley
Littley is operated by Dawid Rozenek. Littley helps parents and families save private memories and order personalized printed photo books made from their own photos and text.

Using the service
You may use Littley only if you can legally agree to these Terms. You are responsible for the content you add, the accuracy of your order details, and keeping your account access secure.
Littley is intended for parents, guardians, and family members. It is not intended for children to create accounts or place orders directly.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, audio, and other content you add to Littley. By adding content, you give us permission to store, process, display, transform, and send that content as needed to provide the app, create previews, generate printable files, and fulfill orders.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use the content, including photos of other people.
Book orders
Littley printed books are personalized physical products. Before placing an order, review the book preview, selected content, shipping address, and price. Prices, taxes, shipping costs, and available delivery countries are shown during checkout in the app.
Printed colors, paper, trimming, and image sharpness may vary slightly from the on-screen preview because screens and print production are different.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout. Littley does not store full payment card numbers. Your bank statement descriptor should show Littley or a similar Littley descriptor.
Shipping and delivery
Printed books are produced and shipped through print and logistics partners. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, and phone number when required by the delivery carrier.
If a delivery fails because the address or contact details were incorrect, additional production or shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because printed Littley books are customized for you, orders cannot usually be cancelled or returned once they have been submitted for production, unless mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the confirmed order, or the wrong item is delivered, contact us at support@littley.app with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund where appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not use Littley to upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or harmful content, or to violate anyone's privacy, rights, or safety. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access or fulfillment where we believe these Terms or the law may be violated.
Changes and availability
We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Littley over time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Littley is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. You can read it at littley.app/privacy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
